All Sales are Final

At WatergateSecret.com, we offer digital content in the form of a documentary that can be accessed via streaming.

Once a purchase is completed, you will have immediate access to the content. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the purchase has been made

Digital Content Acknowledgement

By purchasing digital content from WatergateSecret.com, you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-tangible digital goods.

Once access to the content is provided, you lose the right to cancel the purchase and request a refund.

Purchase Options

We offer two purchase options for accessing our documentary:

Rent: Access to stream the documentary for 48 hours from the time of purchase.
Own: Lifetime access to stream the documentary through your account.

No Cooling-Off Period

Please note that the statutory “cooling-off period” does not apply to digital content that is immediately accessible after purchase.

Once you have accessed or streamed the content, you cannot cancel your order.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any issues with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly at watergatessecrets@gmail.com.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue will be considered a violation of our terms and may result in legal action and termination of your account, as well as access to the digital content.

Technical Issues

If you encounter any technical issues while accessing or streaming the documentary, please contact us at watergatessecrets@gmail.com.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that issues related to personal device compatibility, internet connectivity, or other external factors are not grounds for a refund.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

We may consider exceptions to the no-refund policy under certain circumstances, such as unauthorized transactions (e.g., fraud) or severe technical problems that prevent access to the content, which we are unable to resolve

These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Payment Processor

Payments for purchases are processed through Stripe.

Any disputes related to payment processing should be directed to Stripe as per their terms of service.

We are not liable for any issues arising from payment processing by third-party providers.
